The honest boundaries

Is $39 really lifetime?: Yes—for the personal research loop described here: the core public catalog, personal collections, complete DESIGN.md files, and personal agent access for the life of the product. There is no renewal.
What might cost separately later?: Products with different economics: team seats, private corpora, custom extraction, hosted model inference, human services, or unusually heavy API usage. We will not redefine the Founding Pass after purchase.
Does Zawqi replace my coding agent?: No. Use Pi, Claude, Codex, Cursor, or your own harness. Zawqi gives it research tools and a shared visual memory; it does not take over the conversation.
Is my agent always connected?: No. There is no background polling or hidden context usage. It reads or changes Zawqi only when you explicitly ask it to use a Zawqi tool.
Does this guarantee a good design?: No product can supply your taste. Zawqi makes your chosen references concrete and retrievable; your judgment and the implementation still determine the result.
What if it is not useful to me?: Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. That is the guarantee we can control and honor.
